  30. I had the same problem.  The cause was that the Quicklink software that
  31. comes with lots of USR modems installs a new comm driver.  Look in your
  32. system.ini file for a line that says "comm.drv=rhsicomm.drv" and change
  33. it to "comm.drv=comm.drv".  Let us know how this works.
